Focus Passport ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our mobile app and website.

Location Data (App): With your permission, the app requests location while using the app to detect your nearest airport during onboarding. This feature is optional and can be disabled in iOS Settings.
Usage Data (App): We collect product interaction and usage analytics events (for example, onboarding steps and paywall views) to understand app performance and improve the product.
Purchase Data (App): If you subscribe, purchase history is processed through Apple In-App Purchases and RevenueCat to provide and restore premium access.
Website Contact Data (Website): If you join our waitlist or contact us through the website, we may collect information you submit such as your email address and name.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To provide core app functionality, including optional nearest-airport detection.
- To analyze usage patterns and improve onboarding, product quality, and feature decisions.
- To process subscriptions and restore purchases.
- To respond to website inquiries and waitlist signups.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share limited information with service providers only as needed to operate the app and services, including Apple (In-App Purchases), RevenueCat (subscription management), and PostHog (analytics).
4. App Store Privacy Details
For iOS App Store disclosures, Focus Passport reports Coarse Location, User ID, Product Interaction, Other Usage Data, and Purchase History as data not linked to your identity. The app does not use data for third-party tracking.
5. Data Retention and Controls
You can disable location permission in iOS Settings at any time. App progress and settings are stored locally on your device unless required for subscriptions, analytics, or website interactions described above.
