These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Focus Passport mobile application and website. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility and Use
You may use Focus Passport for personal, non-commercial use in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.
You are responsible for your use of the app and website, including any content or information you submit through website forms such as waitlist or contact requests.
2. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain app features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system, with RevenueCat used for subscription management and entitlement delivery.
Billing: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store Account Settings.
Refunds: Refund requests for App Store transactions must be directed to Apple.
3. Location Services
The app may request location permission while in use to help detect your nearest airport during onboarding and related features. Location access is optional and can be disabled in iOS Settings at any time.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, including the "FP" logo, UI design, and proprietary app elements, is the property of Focus Passport. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of our service without prior written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
Focus Passport is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
